How much pressure do you use with the swipe? I am afraid I would swipe off all the paint.

Hi Caren – Thanks so much for this demo. Could you please clarify about silicone?  I struggled to find a silicone spray then found "Universal Silicone Spray" at a hardware store (South African brand) and have used it only once – No cells.  An artist talked about the silicone that's a sexual lubricant, which is a "different animal".  We don't have the same U.S. or European brands of pouring mediums or silicone, thus the confusion.

I noticed that the canvas you used has different textures in certain places. I was just wondering what you put on the canvas prior to actually adding any paint.

Thanks so much for doing this video : ) I've really been loving creating these pours, and have been trying for more cells. I'm putting your techniques to use today! Wish me luck ; )

did you ever post a picture of the final product after it had dried? It's lovely in the video but i wonder what the final looked like – and what you use to seal/cover the painting with after you're done with it!
