I tried the blue tack but found always took away some of my paint. Probably low quality paint…. but I've been using sillypuddy now with awesome results. Thanks for the great video!
No not at all. I had never had that problem.
If you have that issue here is some solutions :
1) Wash well you miniature with soap water before you use primer.
2) Use stronger primer (If the problem is the primer)
3) Use varnish to seal what you have painted after few layers of paint (for example paint body – highlight – varnish, paint face – highlight – varnish
4) If you find that blue tac is not a tool for you try the Hambro Maskol. It drys after 5 minutes and creates a very thin film
I'm afraid my blue tac will rip the paint off. I keep having this issue. My paint comes off very easy. I'll give it a try now, nothing a little extra work can't fix/.
