I watch your tutorials, all of them several times. Now I am starting painting them. This one is lovely, I painted it all the way till the last shading in the bell. I’m having so much trouble with this technique I guess. I am using 3 times the paint and don’t understand the dry brushing. I failed miserably on the bell. Finally I just painted the bell white and stuck it in back of closet. I’m failing miserably at what I can only guess is dry brushing. Can you recommend a tutorial you have that might take more time explaining the technique and the load you have on the brush. I think I might not be able to tell when your adding Watertown the brush. I watched it thru once to write down the colors as you use theme as I always miss that. If you have a lesson that might be about dry brushing orpaint load it might help me. Or am I destined to give up acrylics. Thanks Angela for your beautiful art, I’ll keep trying. But the bell was hard.
Thank you so much for making these tutorials you do such an amazing job and they are so easy to follow as a beginner. I'm hoping to see you do an octopus next ! Pleasssssse! Thanks again!
you spelled turquoise wrong! haha 😉 you spelled it tuquoise. and you are talking about these other people spelling it wrong and yet you guys spelled it wrong too! sorry if I sound rude but I just had to point that out!
hey Angela love your video and remember me i am the grade seven girl who tried most of your amazing paintings. and just so you know you spelled turquoise wrong. say to mark that i said hi
I love your painting and I love listening to you and Mark too – you're warm and funny and so generous with all the tips – thank you – you're great company for me as I paint
I want to start painting… so I watched this video… My jaw dropped. Amazing how you 'build' it… Amazingly soft colors to,fall in love with. A big Waaaw !
I have been trying and trying to do this one. It is so so pretty and I wont give up until I get it right 🙂 Im not an artist but really enjoy painting for fun. Are you just dabbing spots on the background or do you have a brush technique your using to add all the colors? I just keep kind ending up with a smear at the end. BUT I have a habbit of not knowing when to just stop lol. And I love the chatting between you and Mark! Thank you!
This is the first painting I've done in about a year and even though i'm only halfway through and waiting for the layer of paint to dry, it is so nice to be painting again. Your paintings are both beautiful and non intimidating so thank you so much for helping me paint again
I just found your channel and gave this painting a try. Your instructions were so easy to follow and while mine did not turn out as beautiful as yours I'm proud to say it was great for me. 🙂 thanks I look forward to trying to follow along with some others.
Love this painting…the splatter actually makes it look so finished..2 thumbs up..lol…I actually subscribed to your channel because of your full canvas flowers..I have always wanted a HUGE dahlia on my living room wall..side note…I like your chatter..both you and Mark have very soothing voices and your tutorials are by far the best on youtube
I tried this and it was hard. Of course I’m new to painting. Was it suppose to be dry brushing. The paint on my brush went further than yours. Eventually I got muddy color. I tried to listen when you changed colors but I didn’t always hear. It. I persevered but I think I must have missed the technique. Was I suppose to have tiny bits of paint on my brush. Really want to do it correctly. It’s a beautiful painting Angela thank you for the lesson.
My favorite part was when your husband asked about sucking in the dandelion fur by accident and says I'm just asking for a friend lmao I choked on my drink that was really cute lol

I did i this painting Angela, it was a lot of fun, thank you
Colours are gorgeous.
Hey Angela, would you mind doing a video painting with your fingers. I find at times, as a beginner the brush is difficult to manipulate.
Really beautiful, thank you.

I wish you would just film the original. Instead of a recreation. It's hard to follow the video and look at the original as a reference.
This is the perfect setup. Once camera on the finished painting, one on the current one, and one on the palette of paint. I learned a lot thanks.
i did it took hours its not the easiest ive made actually a bit tough

Did you say that you 'sprayed water' on the canvas or the paints during this video? How do you do that without getting 'spots' on the canvas? Thanks

If someone complains about your chatiness they don’t belong here anyway. People can be so petty.
Beautiful background, thank you for your tutorials.i can’t afford to take classes on line, so I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your lessons
