Very helpful video, however I found the camera guy to be very distracting and wouldn't allow her to teach. She was rarely able to finish a full sentence, and just when she was about to tell us something that seemed super important he would interrupt, throw in a joke, and then she'd not finish what she was about to say because she was distracted.

Kinda like the well-intended yet disruptive kid in class effecting our learning :/ Please stop with all of the chatting and let her instruct. I felt like there was so much more that I could have learned without the interruptions.

Foodgrade Diatomaceous Earth is a white powder that dries up fleas and other insects. That has been a lifesaver for me. I hate flea infestations! That has worked for me.

Thank you Katie! I've subscribed! One quick tip! As a Voice and Accent Trainer, and Communication Coach, what I did find very distracting in your lovely video was the over use of the word "Really". Please make a conscious effort to reduce the use of that word and you'll keep your listeners spellbound! I thoroughly enjoyed the tips and will remember them all.

For wetting the palette and canvas there is a good spray bottle called Flairosol which gives a very fine, even mist.

Another product that helps moisturize acrylic paint is Floating Medium by Folk Art (sold in the U.S.). It's used in the One-Stroke painting method, & is very effective without the need for extra drying time.

It took me 7 year's of my 15 year's as an artist to really learn how to mix colours to create atmosphere in a painting. Being self taught sometimes take's you the long way around thing's but in the long run you're a better artist. Thx for the great tips ??
