So helpful to show the obliteration process as it can be so hard to "let go". Quick question: Did you say you mixed the white gesso with white titanum acrylic in the squeeze bottle for the mono printing? …or you have a bottle of each? 🙂 Thx u! You mentioned that to use cold wax, you'd have to apply a layer of clear gesso. Is that because of the paper substrate or do you need that layer between acrylic or ink and wax? Thanks so much for this! I love watching you work, actually Play! December 30, 2018 at 9:03 pm wendyket Log in to Reply I continue to marvel at your demo videos. They are so incredibly instructive for me, both technically and in terms of experiencing process. You are so brave to film yourself working! I am still very uncomfortable with people watching me work. The tool you made is a fantastic idea to distance yourself somewhat from control, which can often be a hindrance in the beginning. Please keep these videos coming. It's almost as helpful as being in a live workshop! December 30, 2018 at 9:37 pm Betty Krause Art Log in to Reply Loved watching you! The rolls of paper are used by painters with their tape gun (tape+paper) to seal off baseboards, etc. I like the way you're using it!
