If anyone is interested, I also run a Poured Acrylic Painting group on Facebook. It's not just my work posted there but others as well! People sell their work, share their channels, ask questions, buy work etc. If you're interested in checking it out you can do so here:

Georgous pink and love the turquoise. Got muddied up by pouring off too fast. Less paint and please try to keep the pink. Sorry to be a debbie downer but it does seem like too much talking sort of ruins the beauty that exists here!

we call those people art snobs who should not be listened to. They would have criticized Picasso and all the other abstract artists. Art is what makes you happy. If it is a portrait or an acrylic pour, does not matter. What you like and what makes you happy is all that matter. I, for example, would not buy a print of the Mona Lisa, but I love Czabo Marcus. I like Tim Yankee. It is a personal preference and acrylic pour art reminders me of the 60's and 70s (I was very young), black lights and the posters we hung on our walls. Great video, and great information.

awesome artwork! it is art. and the reason why is because each person can choose any colors they want, and pour them into the cup in any order they want and when they move the paint on the canvas, you can do any shape that you want. one person may tilt the paint this way and another person will tilt the paint that way. there's no right or wrong way to tilt the paint. do it however you want.
also, i like her style of teaching because she doesn't tell people you have to do it this way or that way. she doesn't impose her creative style on anyone and tell people they have to do it her way. i also like that she doesn't talk about things that are totally unrelated to the art.

Could you use card stock instead of canvas and maybe gesso the cardstock before doing the pouring?
