And just out of curiosity, are you reading from a script or speaking as it comes because your words seem to be disconnected(if you get what i mean). Sounds more like youre listing individual words instead of saying a sentence and i couldnt unnotice it. Is is just your accent? If so sorry. It only wants to advertise the color he uses and to show off that he has a good work. March 23, 2019 at 2:02 pm AUGUSTALLEN28 Log in to Reply beautiful painting. March 23, 2019 at 2:28 pm Soso Art Log in to Reply You did amazing March 23, 2019 at 3:16 pm Jeni Log in to Reply From an acrylic painter who's worked with oils: because oils paints are oil based, you can always add more oil to be able to rework the piece and the high oil content of the paint means they dry so slowly that they can pretty much be worked forever, whereas acrylic paints are water based plastic, so once the water has evaporated out, like most plastic it is no longer water soluble, you just have to paint over it. This is also why acrylic paints dry so quickly, because water evaporates fairly quickly, especially compared to oil. The number one tip i have for oil painters playing with acrylic paint is to use way more paint, and to use synthetic brushes, this will help with both the drying issue and the opacity, as acrylic paint is intended to be used more heavily than oils. the natural fibers of the brushes many people use for oil painting are too rough, and you'll end up with more brush strokes as the paint sticks to the fibers. I just started to learn acrylics this couldnt have come at a better time! Thank you so much Lioba 🙂 March 23, 2019 at 5:53 pm BakaFreya Log in to Reply A beautiful picture :3 But I don't understand why you call it a "tutorial" because it is more like a speedpaint. And you also skip many parts and don't explain much how you draw. I think it is a bit misleading to call it a "tutorial". But it still remains a beautiful work.
