Very, Very nice video. Thank you for sharing your techniques, but most of all thank you for letting us know those things that went wrong for you in your initial stages. You just saved a lot of us up and coming artists a whole lot of time and a level of frustration that could cause some people to just quit. That to me is priceless to those who truly want to achieve the kind of art that you are able to create so effortlessly. Also a much bigger thanks for adding some of the language barrier problems that you encounter while trying to help everyone that you can. You just gained yourself a new subscriber and I look forward to learning so much from your channel.
Wow, this was absolutely fantastic! Watching all the intricate coloring you did was so fascinating! I could watch your videos all day!! Thank you very much!!!
The one thing I would change is to make sure you look at source material when choosing colors, Starfire has bright orange skin and green starbolts and eyes. The artists who color her in the comics generally start with a warm saturated yellow tone instead of white since working from white can give her a human-like skin tone and tamaraneans need the golden-orange skin to identify them as an alien species since the anatomy looks very human-like.
I just started trying out markers, and your video was helpful! Thank you for sharing your process and thoughts. Personally, I like to know the artist's rationale as they work.
