January 18, 2020 at 10:08 am tracey johns Log in to Reply Aww mushroom looks like my shihztu 'maureen' what breed is she? I've used watercolour painting as a way of getting rid of my burn out. I've never really liked watercolour but there's some great effects that you can achieve in a relatively small amount of time. I needed to have artwork be 'finished ' for a change as my oils take months. This has helped. But your 24 hour oil painting is another brilliant idea. Might try. Thanks happy xx January 18, 2020 at 11:05 am Ricardo Isaac Ventura Meneses Log in to Reply Yes I would love to hear your voice on the topic of burn out, I feel that te majority of artist out there always advice to push through it and force you to get out of it, but, even when some times can work( or is the only known option) I feel based on what I have experienced myself and hear from other artist friends on conversation what the majority of artist are needing more rigth now in this time is to "slow down" analyzed and have patience with themselfs and their creative process(in some cases that can actually unstuck you faster than try to push through), I feel a video like that is needed. P.S.: I love your work and your energy, hi from Mexico! The pink glow around Mushroom is my favourite part 💖 January 18, 2020 at 8:11 pm Danielle Locke Log in to Reply This is so lovely. Mushroom is such a cute little pup. How do you do different layers in one day without all the layers blending together? Also is there a reason why you wear gloves? I never wear gloves when I paint and maybe I should be?
